Marta Skonieczna

I was born in Inowroclaw in 1980. In June 2004 I received a Master's degree in protection of the environment at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. During my studies I have undertaken " A Sustainable Baltic Region" course, which was taught in English. I also translated scientific publications, which I have used in my Master's thesis. By that way I was perfecting my English. I have been an intern for 3 months in the International Centre for Information Management Systems and Services in the European Funding Information Office. Whilst working there, I'm responsible for translations (I create the English version of our website), and the analysis and preparation of information for the electronic mailing list for ecology, protection of the environment, education, youth and children. I take part in organising the European Evenings, too.
