Description
Band shell in Ciechocinek Spa Park. The building was designed in the Art Nouveau Zakopane style in 1909 by a Latvian architect Waldemar Piotr Fedders who was the main builder of the Warsaw municipality before the World War I. The shell was built in Warsaw and transported to Ciechocinek by rail to be assembled there. The band shell hosts numerous Ciechocinek festivals such as the Festival of the Kujawy Region Folklore, Festival of Fire Brigade Bands, Opera and Operetta Festival, Festival of Romani Music and Culture, and Festival of Children with Special Health Care Needs.
